Role Overview

We’re expanding our core team with a Quantitative Developer – Trading Systems and UI role, and we are looking for someone who combines strong analytical ability with pragmatic software engineering and a deep curiosity for markets.

Responsibilities

• Help traders to analyze and visualize their trading activities
• Work with trading and engineering to prototype, test, and integrate pricing and quoting models
• Contribute to core trading infrastructure: data ingestion, analytics, and monitoring
• Perform empirical research, back testing, and performance analysis using historical and real-time trading data
• Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly interfaces (UIs) for our analytical, monitoring and control applications

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cloud Engineer to join our London team, to own and optimize our cloud infrastructure and security. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficiency, security, and low latency of our cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have specialized expertise in AWS and experience designing and implementing cloud setups tailored for low latency trading. 

While the cloud infrastructure is the primary remit of this role, we expect a portion of time to be also dedicated to security: environment hardening, threat monitoring, and contributing to our broader compliance posture. 

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud Ownership: Manage and maintain G-20 cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure, including provisioning, configuration, and ongoing optimisation.
• Networking Optimization: Design and implement scalable, reliable cloud architectures in line with best practices and business requirements.
• Cost Optimization: Monitor cloud environments for cost, performance, and availability, taking proactive steps to improve each.
• Security: Implement and enforce cloud security best practices, including network segmentation, encryption, and access controls and related policies.
• Monitoring: Monitor network reliability and latencies, security alerts and events across endpoint and cloud platforms, triaging and escalating incidents as appropriate.
• Compliance Support: Support compliance efforts relating to frameworks such as Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001, or GDPR.

Experience:

• Hands-on experience with AWS in a professional context. Azure is a bonus.

• A relevant degree, apprenticeship, bootcamp, or self-study background evidenced by cloud certification (e.g. AZ-900, AZ-104, AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS SysOps, or equivalent).
• Exposure to security monitoring, vulnerability scanning, or network analysis tooling.
• Exposure to cyber security concepts evidenced by certification or practical experience (e.g. CompTIA Security+, CySA+, CEH, or equivalent)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Core C++ Developer to join our London team to further develop and maintain the proprietary, in-house trading engine.

We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in building large-scale low-latency systems. The role involves maintaining daily trading operations as well as developing scalable, high-performance code, optimizing system architecture and modularity to ensure seamless operations and functionality.

The ideal candidate will be self-driven, motivated, responsible and highly responsive, working independently to develop and improve the existing code base, while collaborating closely with diverse cross-functional teams of stakeholders and fellow developers. We are looking for someone with strong expertise in C++ programming, debugging, and system optimization, who is passionate about delivering practical, high-quality, PnL-focused solutions.

The primary focus for this role will be working on core engine components, including trading engines, pricing, market making strategies and underlying trading infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Trading Engine Development: Develop the existing and new components within the trading engine while maintaining overall system design.
• Ownership of Engine Components: Grow into ownership of existing or newly developed trading engine components, such as pricing, market-making, hedging, etc.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize trading engine performance.
• Systems Refactorization: Work on appropriate code modularization, versioning, deployment and test processes.
• Trading Infrastructure Development: Develop, improve and maintain overall trading infrastruc-ture, including reference and market data, trades and balance dissemination services.

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide administrative support to members of the Executive team.  
• Manage calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings, and organize appointments.
